Google Logo
I came across an interesting article on Famous logos and brands simplified and wanted to share here. It emphasizes on a fact that when some famous brand identities are simplified to simple circles, how they can often still be recognizable. The example they used was the one above, clearly a brand most of us are well familiar with. No prizes for guessing the name of the company though!!

So, I thought it would be interesting to pick some famous brands from India and apply the same technique and see what the results are.
Test your general knowledge and see if you are able to find who they belong to.
The answers are given at the end of this article. ENJOY!!

Lets start with the simplest of all:
Doordarshan logo

This one should be easy too.
SBI

Hmm...Medium complexity...your mom will not take more than a 10 sec to solve this...
Sony TV

Feeling hungry kya?? Take a break after this one:
Maggi

You can use the phone a friend lifeline if you are sweating on this..

Solved all?? hmm...May be i should add some more salt to complexity...
tata

Last but not the least...this should get you some jitters...and yes..this one is not an Indian company :) YouTube

This goes to show that how important it is to build a logo and a brand identity. The Google logo may not have the best logo but it’s certainly very memorable and recognizable due to its simplicity.

Be true to yourself..how many were you able to solve?
