Has this ever happened to you? You're asked a totally illogical and unrelated question like: "If you were an animal, what kind of animal would you be?" Or, "what's your favorite color?" or "Do you have a girl friend?"

If yes, then most probably your first impression would have been like what is this non-sense? But keeping in mind that it is your interview, you can't take it lightly and pass the question on like a TV quiz. You need to answer and answer in a way that should make your interviewer feel like you are the best.

Well, for your information, the off topic and illogical sounding questions are not always what you think. They are targeted to identify qualitative aspects of your personality like your leadership skills, your interpersonal skills and dominating and team playing nature.
