Hi,

Here are the answers to your queries:

1) It is good that you have stteled the pending amount for your credit cards.
2) You CANNOT remove your name from CIBIL report/records. CIBIL is a centrl storage of all credit records and is maintained by all banks in a collective way.
3) Your record gets created in CIBIL as soon as you apply for any credit card or loan with any bank.
4) You can ONLY improve your ratings by paying back the loans and credit card dues on time. It is NOT possible to remove your name.
5) You can apply for any new credit card with any bank. But they certainly will read your CIBIL report and take decision based on your past re-payment record. If they reject your application, there is no other way than to improve your CIBIL score by paying back your other loans and credit card dues on time for at least 6 months.

Let me know if you need more information.

Yes, You can repay any time your dues anytime. The banks send the report of dues and other credits fo all their customers regularly for updation of CIBIL records. So, when you make the payment, your bank willc ertainly send that information to CIBIL and your report will definitely reflect that you repaid the amount.
