What's a good laptop to buy my sister?

I need some help in buying a laptop for my sister. Specifically for someone that would chat, use webcam, surf the net, listen to music.. No gaming, But I don't want a crap laptop that will break within a year. Need recommendations. She is 23 years old and I would like something decent for her.

Just select the features as per your requirements and get one from your preffered brand.
