BPM- Business process management.

Business process management (BPM) is a management approach focused on aligning all aspects of an organization with the wants and needs of clients. Business process management attempts to improve processes continuously. It could therefore be described as a "process optimization process."

You can read more about BPM here on wikipedia.

TIBCO iprocess is basically a BPM tool. It consists of iProcess modeler tool to design business processes in a very efficient manner.

BPM is the approach organization used to manage Business Processes[set of activities used to produce a output specific to customer or market].
This involves Modelling and maintainence of Process and Process Automation.
