Documents Required for Premium Processing at Transferred Center
- Form i-907 for H1B premium processing service
- Copy of the case transfer notice – You employer attorney would receive the Transfer notice sent by USCIS.
- RFE response documents – If you received request for evidence (RFE), you should also include the RFE response with the premium processing request.
Sent Premium Processing Request to OLD service center
If your H1B was transferred and you send your premium processing request to the old service center based on your receipt number, USCIS will forward it to the current correct USCIS service center.
But, the premium processing clock will not start until the premium processing request has been received at the new transferred correct service center.
Your case may not receive result within 15 days if you send your premium processing request to wrong center.
