SOL List Australia 2019-20

Skilled occupation list Australia is divided into 3 separate parts:

  • SOL (Short-term Skilled Occupation List),
  • MLTSSL (Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List) and
  • ROL (Regional Occupation List).

You should have your job profile in one of the lists to be eligible to file Australia skilled Permanent residency application known as Expression of Interest (EOI). Australia immigration has an online tool to submit EOI known as SkillSelect.

The first step is to find your Job profile ANZSCO code from the above list and then check your Australia PR points (calculator).

How Many Points are Required for Australia PR?

Australia PR requires a minimum of 65 points to file Expression of Interest. The more points you get, the higher chances you have for PR selection.

Which Occupations are in Demand in Australia?

The occupation list keeps changing every frequently and it’s not easy to gauge the real-time demand.

What is Date Of Effect for Invitations?

The date of effect is the date you submitted your SkillSelect EOI application. This date changes whenever you make a change to your EOI and re-submit.

It is shown clearly on your SkillSelect profile. Just log in and see the date mentioned there.

Example: Date of Effect (DOE)
The date of effect for Software Engineer was 11/04/2020 6:05 PM (11 April 2020). It is the END date that was considered for 11 July 2020 Australia SkillSelect draw.

Anybody who had achieved a score of 75 before that date and time was invited in 11 July draw. If you reached the 75 points on 22 July 2020, your EOI would not even be considered in this draw.

What does Pro-Rata Invitation mean?

Pro-rata means that dividing the total number of invitations available is divided into the number of months, to make sure that an equal number of invitations are available every month.

Example: Pro-Rate

Let’s say that for ‘Software Engineers’ job, Australia plans to issue about 15000 invitations from July to June. Then, they will divide the 15000 by 12 to reach the number of 1250 per month.

So, they will restrict issuing invitations to the ‘Software Engineers’ category to about 1250 per month. This is just an example to explain pro-rata. An actual number of invitations may be different.

    Hello,

How would we know which ANZSCO code Jobs are available at what state in Australia? This information would help submitting the EOI when applying by giving our preference to increase our chance of invitation.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi @rakeshjoshi

The first step is to find if your job is part of the Australia occupation list or not.

The second step is to find your total Australia points.

Once you are done with these two, come back here and then we can suggest next step.

    Hello Anil

I have a query about SOL LIST Australia 2019-20. For few jobs, under their Anzsco codes the states are mentioned like Q.land, NSW etc. But for few codes they are not mentioned.

For eg : 262113. This job code doesn’t have any location/state mentioned under it.
    What does it mean?

    Could you please clarify it?

    Thanks in advance.

You will be able to check demand status on NSW website itself on same NSW page. They only share the demand status as ‘low’, medium or high.

Hi. Are the points on this website for all jobs accurate?

The skillselkect updates from the immi website only appear to list the points required for approx 8 jobs in the last invitation round.

My job, Market Research 225112 shows as 80 points on this website but I have been unable to confirm via an official source. : where did you get the 80 point info from?

    Thanks

Well, My question is common , that is my wife is an University lecturer(Main applicant) and my self co-applicant currently she is having the points of 75 including my spouse points, The UL is comes under the cat of MTSSL, 189 pr visa , if i want to increase the points to 80 means i have to go for state sponsorship .. so i need your suggestion and about the demand of UL and possibility of PR visa

    Hello Sir,
Can you please clarify the difference between occupations with points in blue circle vs points in the red circle?
Also, kindly explain the significance of the mentioned state with the profession as well as professions without any mention about the state.
    Thank You 🙂

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 10 May, 19 at 10:46 am

The state name means that this occupation is available for 190 visa sponsorship by that state.

The colored circles mean the current points required to get an invite for that occupation based on most recent draw.

    Hi,
Regarding the Spouse Skills Points. My wife has her education, BE-Electronics and Communication and ME in VLSI Design which could be relevant education for the Developer Programmer 261312 . However, if we don’t not show any work experience for her, what will be the case in ACS assessment ? Will I still able to get the Spouse Skills Points?
Thanks much in advance for your response.

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 4 May, 19 at 10:01 am

ACS needs at-least 2 years of work experience to count her work as relevant for the ANZSCO code Developer Programmer 261312.

Hi! is the 80 points for Geologist is the total of my points and my wife’s points? or this is individual? Thank you and regards

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 4 May, 19 at 10:01 am

The 80 points is total of all available points including your spouse points. This point requirement may come down in future in new fiscal year starting July 2019.

      • Romeo Formentos
Romeo Formentos 6 May, 19 at 9:05 pm

Thank you for the reply. I am hoping it will come down 65-70 points on July 2019. I am running out of time, i am already 43 yrs old.

        • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 7 May, 19 at 5:33 am

It won’t come down to 65. 70 or 75 looks still realistic though.

But, since your job code is not oversubscribed, you may still have a a very good chance.

Hi, I have 70 points now, and I have a job offer in Melbourne as Registered Nurse, if I apply Melbourne 190 visa, is it safe to get a PR? Or I still need to get PTE 79 ?

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 4 May, 19 at 10:00 am

190 PR has no points for job offer at this time. You will still need to get PTE 79 to have a realistic chance for 190 visa invite.

is there a difference if I apply as developer, programmer, system analyst, computer engineer or anything similar? job wise for me there is no big difference, and I have computer science degree, what is the right to choose? 2nd question, does my overseas XP counts only after my degree? because I started as a junior during the degree full time period

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 30 Apr, 19 at 5:36 pm

You need to choose one of the job title and code based on your day to day activities mentioned in your work experience letters.

You have to get your job assessment done from ACS and they will decide if your work experience matches your job code.

Work experience is only counted if done after relevant education.

    Hi Anil,

I have a bachelor’s degree in Information Management and have been working as a web programmer for a years. I had a look at the ANZSCO code descriptions, and although it seems obvious to apply for Web developer, I do meet requirements for Developer/programmer (such as tasks involved, modules during studies, knowledge in languages).

My question is can I apply under developer/programmer [261312] even if my job title is a senior web developer.and while skill assessment is on web developer [261212] where i have 70 points what are the chances.

Is there anyone out there who was successful in this?

    Your advice is appreciated.

    Hello Anil,

I submitted my EOI (for visa 189) on 10th March 2019 under “261313 – Software Engineer” role at 75 points. I was expecting an invite from 11th April draw but was disappointed to see the cutoff being 80 and above. Do you know what factors contributed to a sudden decline in number of invitations for this month? Also, are there any chances for me getting an invite in the next draw, or the pattern of 80 and above points will continue for long?

States do not send invites on fixed dates. The April 11 draw is only for 189 invites. If you have 70 points for 189 visa, then there is no chance of 189 invite on April 11, 2019.

PR eligibility depends on your Australia PR points. It is difficult to give an answer only based on the information that you have mentioned.

Chances are low for an invite with 65 points.
I suggest to increase points to 75 to have realistic chance of invitation.

Hi Anil, I am an IT support Engineer with 75 points and I am applying for visa subclass 190. Hence my total score is 80 with additional 5 points for state sponsorship right? Also I have applied for EOI on March 16 but DOE is mentioned as 8th March 2019 in the STSOL. I suppose I don’t stand a chance in the draw which is about to happen. Do you think I will get an invite if I wait for the next draw? Or should I re-assess for any other ICT occupation. Thank you so much.

    • Anil Gupta

I am a Registered Nurse and I got 70 points now, and want to apply 189 visa. I saw they raised the point to 75 recently. Is it due to the end of the financial year, the seats available is limited thats why the marks is getting higher? Is it possible to get back to 70 at the beginning of the next financial year? As I have 70 now, should I get 75 points minimum in order to apply for the PR? Or I should apply first when I have 70 now?

    • Anil Gupta

I am an Structural Engineer 233214 . Got PTE Academic results today, getting 68, 74,76,90 in 4 sections,, so 10 points. my age is 29 so 30 points, i completed my civil engineering in 2011, and working continuously so 8 years experience so 15 points OR if they give 7 years so 10 points… i am just touching 70 best case 65 if experience is not counted full.

Above it says queensland and NSW,, so regional 190 class cut offs are 65???? and 189 cutoffs are 70??

so worst case there are chances of regional, and best case even 189? please let me know

    Hi Anil

I highly appreciate you taking out valuable time for enquirers. Its a very noble thing you are doing.

I also had a couple of queries. I am a DBA and planning to apply for skilled nominated 190 visa. I have a total of 75 points (without state nomination) I have done my B.E. in Information Technology. I understand in India it is considered similar to Computer Science as i had most of the subjects similar to Computer Science. I have a total of 13 years of experience as a DBA, will any experience years be deducted due to this?

Also, i am planning to apply in Victoria. Can you suggest from your experience, if I have a good chance of getting invitation from Victoria or is database administrator a popular job in Victoria. Any guidance will be of great help !

    Thanks !!

I have explained how ACS calculates your work experience and how many years they deduct here. Please check. Minimum 2 years are deducted by ACS.

    Hi Expert,
I am in kind of a unique situation. I did my bachelor’s degree in Management from Australia (Griffith University) in 2017, I am currently on the 485 visas here in Australia, my age is 25 and my PTE is 79 on each band. I am looking to apply for 190 PR visas. Total 70 points

But my work experience is I have been employed for little over a year now as a Full-Time Business Consultant for a firm based in Bangladesh. I do my work online from here in Australia (However I did travel to Bangladesh and worked at the same firm physically in the office for 2 months). My work experience is highly related to my nominated skill list (224711: Management Consultant). Of course, I have all the necessary documents to prove my employment (payslips, bank statement etc).
So my query is, given that my employment work experience is online and from an overseas firm, am I eligible for skill assessment by VETASSESS?

My main concern at the moment is for the skill assessment.

    Thanks

There is no location criteria to file as such.
If you both have your documents, you can file from India or Pakistan. It does not matter.

You do get extra points for studying in Australia though.

    Hi Anil,

I appreciate your efforts for answering our queries; I want to clarify few questions. Can you please advise on it?
I am looking to Apply for PR Australia Visa but I have an issue with my Graduation as I did Bachelors of Commerce (B Com) and Moved to IT. I have Experience in an IT Field more than 6 years now. I am looking to apply for Job Code: 262113 (System Administrator). Following are my Points
    Age: 31 30 Points
    Education: B com 15 Points
Experience: 7 Years (5 Points due to irrelevant Degree)
    PTE: 10 Points
    State Nomination : 5 Points
    Total: 65 Points.
I have additional Diplomas/Certification from Microsoft would they consider those certifications?
My Spouse did graduation but she does not has experience. Can i get 5 points from her Education ?

    Thanks
    Waqar

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 24 Feb, 19 at 11:14 am

65 points are not enough for 262113 (System Administrator) at this time. To have a realistic chance of invite, i suggest to increase your points to 70.
Certification do not carry any points unless they are assessed by assessment agency as relevant.

Your spouse’s education needs to be assessed by the relevant assessment agency and if it comes out positive, you can claim spouse points given that she qualifies on other eligibility criteria.

        Hi Anil,

Thank you for your valued information. I have total years of Experience in IT 6 years and 3 years from Non IT. Based on my case, Irrelevant Degree that is Bachelors Degree in Accounting + 3 years of Experience in non IT would not get any Experience points. And my 6 Years of Experience will be deducted for getting job code 262113 (System Administrator).

Is there any way to get my experience points ?

        Thanks

    Hi Anil,

Is there any possibility of getting an invitation with 65 score for Recruitment Consultant(223112/STSOL), Human Resource Adviser (223111/Regional) and Human Resource Manager (132311/STSOL)? Is there any demand for them?

    Thanks,

    • Anil Gupta

At this point of time, only people with 70 or more points are getting invite in Recruitment Consultant(223112/STSOL), Human Resource Adviser (223111/Regional) and Human Resource Manager (132311/STSOL).

Just to increase your points by improving your English Language Score. I recommend PTE.

Points breakdown: 189 (65 points) Initial EOI date: 30/07/2018 (missed the selecting the 190 subclass)

    second EOI update: 12/12/2018
    Point break down 189 (65) 190 (70).

Planning to retry PTE and see if can get 20 on my PTE. DO i fair any chance ?

    • Anil Gupta

You do not have any chance with 65 points for 261313 software engineer.

Increase points to 70+ to have realistic chance of invite.

sir my code is 221111(Accountant General)…..i am getting 70 points without adding any state sponsorship points,(Lesser points due to age but i carry multiple indian degrees like CA, CMA, Mcom, Bcom(HONOURS) with some ranks in merit list PLUS Experience of 14 years…….,,,i am told in 489 subclass visa there is addition of 10 points…that will make 80 points?? Possibility of TR?? Benefits of TR considering that my age will be 42 years in may 2019…Can 489 ensure PR after 2 years???

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 20 Feb, 19 at 3:57 pm

You have a pathway to Australia PR if you start with 489 but there is no guarantee as such. If you work in Australia using 489 visa, you do get extra points.

For 189 and 190, there is no chance if invite for 221111 Accountant General with 70 points at this time. You should probably try 489 if you can get an opportunity.

      • Ramesh Bhandari
Ramesh Bhandari 23 Feb, 19 at 8:44 am

what next after 489 (If 489 is granted then)? Does that guarantee PR (if i work there for 2 years)after 2 years?? as age reaches around 44 after 2 years…..after 2 years free to move anywhere??

        • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 23 Feb, 19 at 4:12 pm

There is no guarantee of anything. It all depends on your situation and immigration rules at the time of applying for PR.

    • Anil Gupta

You question is not clear. Please ask to-the-point questions.
No education is useless if you intent to work in the area of your study.

If you only objective to study is to migrate to Australia, then you can choose any area of study from the vast list of occupations.

Yes, my plan is to migrate to Australia. I plan on pursuing an MBA degree. I’ve been told by friends, colleagues, consultancies, etc. that studying an MBA in hopes of migration is pointless and suggest something like accounting. However, an MBA degree is what I’m interested in.

There are no chances for software engineer with 65 points.

  87. Ahmed Abdul Aziz
Ahmed Abdul Aziz 12 Feb, 19 at 4:51 pm

    Hey there.

I’ve certain questions for the Australian PR visa application. Well frankly speaking I don’t have much clear idea about this processing and stuff. I think first we need to know the code numbers for particular visas according to our professional background and then write the english tests (PTE/IELTS) and score the required points for getting an invitation.. Is this right?

There’s another thing that I would like to enquire and take your best suggestion regarding my siblings. My brother has completed his Masters of Pharmacy (2015) (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) from JNTU university affiliated college and has an experience of Hospital Pharmacist for 4 years from an NABH approved hospital and has now resigned from his position. His age is 27 years. Which visa do you think suits much better for him and what will be the process for its application? IELTS/PTE not attended yet.

Then there’s my sister (who has completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy (2009) from a JNTU affiliated college. Later after a gap started working as a Hospital Pharmacist for 3 years in an NABH approved hospital and has now resigned. Her age is around 31. She has also completed the course of Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from American Academy of Professional Coder (AAPC) but doesn’t have work experience in Clinical Coding as of now as she hasn’t worked yet in that field. Her IELTS score is 70 overall and PTE score is 7.0 overall. Which visa do you think suits much better for her and what will be the process for its application?

Then lastly its me. I’m 22 years old and I have completed my Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) course, its a 6 year Masters Integrated course, from Osmania University affiliated college. I have also completed the course of Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from American Academy of Professional Coder (AAPC) but doesn’t have work experience in Clinical Coding as of now as I haven’t worked yet in that field. Which visa do you think suits much better for me and what will be the process for its application? No IELTS/PTE score as of now as I haven’t attended any.

Please note that we are okay with writing IELTS/PTE and will try our best to gain 70-80 points overall but since Pharmacy registration exams are costly and tough we are thinking about skipping the Pharmacy Licensing Exams. I would also be happy if you can suggest some diploma or Master’s courses that are related to our course but doesn’t require Pharmacy Licensing Exams. We just want to know our exact visa code and its requirements. And also our own 2 brothers have already acquired PR of Australia and a sister who’s a citizen of Australia. I’d be really glad if you can help me with this. Thanks once again. Waiting for your reply. Thanks.

      • Ahmed Abdul Aziz
Ahmed Abdul Aziz 12 Feb, 19 at 7:56 pm

        Ok sure.

Clinical Coder (599915) Regional (Preferable for my sister and myself)
        Hospital Pharmacist (251511) STSOL,
        Health Information Manager (224213) STSOL,
        Industrial Pharmacist (251512) STSOL,
        Medical Laboratory Technician (311213) STSOL,
Occupational Health and Safety Adviser (251312) STSOL,
        Physicist (234914) MLTSSL,
        Pharmacy Technician (311215) STSOL,
        Retail Pharmacist (251513) STSOL,
Health Diagnostic and Promotion Professionals (251999) STSOL,
        Medical Technicians (311299) STSOL,
Quality Assurance Manager (139914) STSOL (Preferable for my Masters of Pharmacy brother).

As far as I know these are the nearly relatable visas according to our professional background if I’m not wrong. Now can you tell me in which of these visas we don’t require a Pharmacy Licensing Exams and are eligible for PR application just based on our professional background and IELTS/PTE scores?

Thanks for earliest reply. Hoping for the same once again.

    Hi Anil,

    Hope you are alright.

I am wondering around with few questions.

like my skill assessment gave me 11 years and 10 mths till jan 2019 and i am still working for the company.

this way now my points would be 55+10 [wrk]= 65 and in April it will reach 12 years which make my wrk exp give 15 pts.

    if i file EOI now,

will there be update of my points automatically or how will the work points calculated for STill working. or do i wait until i accumulate 70 points and then file EOI

and also the following information i took from invitation rounds could you please help me understand.

Occupation code 2613 Software and Applications Programmers [Does this mean all 261311,261312,261313, and 261399]and or Software and Applications Programmers [Just 261399 ]

    Date of Effect.17/01/2018

Occupation ID Description Minimum points score Date of effect
    2613 Software and Applications Programmers 70 17/01/2018 3:08 pm

    Sorry for these long query.

      1. You can leave the current job’s end date blank while filling EOI. That way, EOI will automatically update to give you additional points when you cross 12 years.
      2. Yes, all Job codes starting with 2613 come under the category 2613.

whose are the better chances for Invite for Web developers 261212 [STSOL] or Programmer/Developers 261312 [MLTSSL] faster.

        1. which one has more chances for Invitations STSOL or MLTSSL

        As
My First Experience is as Web Developer 2 yrs 1 Mths and 1 Yrs 11 Mths = 4Yrs
My Second Experience is as Database System programmer 3 yrs and 7mths
My Third Experience is of 4 yrs and 4 Mths [web developer Initially, Then Programmer Developer and Then Sr. Programmer Developer ]

For 261313 Developer Programmer DOE is 1st April 2017 [70 PTS prorata from the list and points ] while Web Developer i saw last time was [80pts] now is 70 Pts and DOE 22 Nov 2018.

My question is which one is the best interns of higher chances for getting invitations.

or can we go for both.

Does ACS will automatically determine which code does the skill/experience matches.

        Kind Regards,

        • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 18 Feb, 19 at 9:36 am

ACS does not decide the ANZSCO code for you. You have to decide it and then file for ACS assessment.
ACS will then assess your work experience to match your claim of ANZSCO code.

As per my opinion, Web developer has better chance of getting invite faster.

    Hi Anil,
    For Developer Programmer, I am applying EOI tomorrow with 189 – 70 pts & 190 – 75 pts.
    1. What is the chance of invite?
    2. Which state to nominate Victoria or Queensland?

    Cheers

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 12 Feb, 19 at 12:28 pm

With 70 points, you will probably get invite in Oct 2019 draw if you file Australia EOI in Feb 2019.
I don’t think you will get state nomination with 70 points. So, 70+5 is out of picture as per my estimation.

It is your choice how many states you want to select.

State invites are affected by demand for your job code in that state.

    Hi Anil,
I have been in the US since 2003 and on H1B since 2008. I am tired of waiting for the GC and would like to try to move to Australia (also have family there) here are my basics (I could not find a job code but will look again):
i have a masters in History and PhD (from a top Ivy league) in Gender Studies, however my area of work is totally unrelated…I am a Risk Manager (mid- senior level management) in the financial sector with a special focus on Technology. Work experience of over 10 years (same company in the US). I was a full time employee while i pursued my higher education.
How many years will be deducted from my work experience with this education-work combo? I have 70 points including masters by research (since i am over 40 and single, I lost points in that area).
I am not sure which job category i fall under, any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 9 Feb, 19 at 10:07 am

You have to find a job profile that closely matches your work experience.

When evaluating your work, ACS will try to match and if the job profile has 65% of what you have done, they consider it a match.

Since your education and work experience are not in same field, they will deduct 4 years from your total experience.
Let me know if you need more information.

To be very frank, chances are very low that you will get invite with 65 points. It is better that you try to increase points as the gap between 65 and 75 is big.

I can see that for the work experience calculator – ACS shows 2 years would be subtracted from your total work exp. years. Is that applicable for all other designations? I am not a computer / IT engineer – I worked as a research chemical engineer for 3 years 1 month. In that case, will all 3 years be accounted for? Please let me know.

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 9 Feb, 19 at 10:05 am

What job code are you applying for?
If your ANZSCO job code is NOT related to your education or your chemical engineer job, then all those years will be deducted!

The 2 years are deducted if your education major was related to your ANZSCO code and your work experience has been in same field.
If not, 4 years are deducted.

I am intending to apply for Chemical Engineer 233111.
My bachelor’s degree was in Petrochemicals technology which is a specialization in Chemical engineering and I worked as a research process engineer for 3 years. I have completed a Master’s degree in the US recently. In this case, will all 3 years of Indian work experience be counted (getting me 5 points)?

        • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 9 Feb, 19 at 10:45 am

Job code 233111 needs to be assessed by ‘Engineers Australia’ and NOT ACS.

Engineers Australia has different rules for education and experience evaluation than ACS.

Please refer engineers Australia website for details.

You can opt both 189 and 190 at the same time. You just have to select the 190 option in EOI and your application will be made available for selection in both 189 and 190.
You have good chances of getting invite with 65 points too.

We checked in occupation list and both codes are present in the same occupation list(261313 Software Engineer & 223111 Human Resource Adviser). Is this enough to qualify 3rd point for spouse and get 5 points??

1.Age should be less than 45 years.
2.English Test Score should be at-least the ‘Competent‘ – basic score.

Hi Anil, I am planning to apply for Australian PR. I have an experience of more than 10 years as an elementary school teacher along with B.Ed in Social Sciences and M.A. in Sociology. I scored a 7 score altogether in IELTS where my score in writing and listening is just 6.5 each and the others are 7.5 and 7 . Is this score will make me eligible to apply for PR as I heard Australia have lowered the English requirements for PR this year . Being a divorcee am I going to loose points ? Do I have any scope in social worker field since I have post graduation in Sociology

    • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 14 Jan, 19 at 10:04 am

Everything in Australia PR is based on total points you get and minimum points that can secure an invitation for your specific job code.
What is your job code that you have identified from above job list? The list also mentions the minimum points for which last invitations have been sent.

Once done, check your total points using this online calculator:
      https://www.am22tech.com/australia-points-calculator-for-skills-based-permanent-residency-application/

I am not aware of any lowering of English language scores.

Being a divorcee does not affect your application. So, don’t worry about it.

        • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 9 Feb, 19 at 10:02 am

At this time, the wait time with 75+5 points for 189 visa is 6-7 months.

190 visa invite is tough with 75+5 points.

          • John Paul Laguilles
John Paul Laguilles 9 Feb, 19 at 10:19 am

I want to clarify, if i get 75+5 under visa 190 (State sponsorship) it will be tough to get an invite. While if i get 75pts for visa 189 (independent) it will take 6-7 months. Am I correct?

If so, i was in the impression that few months ago, visa 189 was tough to get invites. Now its the opposite.

            • Anil Gupta
Anil Gupta 9 Feb, 19 at 10:43 am

Yes, i counted 75 points for 189 visa and the invite might take 6-7 months based on if the queue gets small after 80 pointers are finished.
I am hoping that the points requirement might have reduced in Dec and Jan draws but we can know only once the Australia immigration shares the draw data.
