CO Contact Document Upload Confirm Button

The CO contact confirm button is available right below the list of applicant names in your Australia PR immiaccount.

Some people have contacted us as ‘Information Provided’ button is missing in their Immiaccount. There is no need to worry in this case. This could be a technical issue with immiaccount website and nothing wrong with you.

You can simply upload your documents and do nothing if the button is not visible.

CO would still get a notification about your document upload will be able to check your application after the 28 days have passed.

Click Information Provided Confirm Button Only Once

If you can see the button, you should click this button only after you have uploaded all the documents as requested by CO.

Once you click the button, CO will get the information about your upload and your application will be re-submitted for further processing.

It can take anywhere between 45-90 days to get PR grant after you have submitted your Co requested documents.

What is IMMI s56 Request for More Information?

s56 request for more information is commonly know as CO contact where Case officer has asked form ore information or documentary proof.

You can see the request in your immiaccount in ‘Messages’ section as well as on the email that you may have received.

You can attach requested documents to your Australia PR application through ImmiAccount in the respective person’s document upload section.


If the CO requested Spouse proof of English language, then upload it in the Other Documents section:


You will also be able to confirm your receipt of the attachments through ImmiAccount using the button as shown above.

Do not email attachments as this will cause delays in the processing of your application. Case officer (CO) does not send any acknowledgement for the receipt of attachments.
