I filed my i131 on January in California and still nothing, how can I get information on where this is standing? Could they dismiss my case and not let me know?
    It’s been over 6 months

You can check the current status on online USCIS case status website. They will not simply dismiss the case.
USCIS will send official notice if they take any action on your case.

Yesterday the fastest processing date for Nebraska was 4/8/2019. Today I checked again and it is 3/15/2019. How is that possible? Yesterday they already processed a case from 4/8/2019. How can the fastest case processed today be earlier than that?

Users enter wrong data and our service removes them after verification with USCIS website.

My case was accepted on March 13, nebraska. still not processed. Time on your site is not correct

I don’t think you understand the above time table.

The best case approved date does not mean that all cases before that date has been approved. It just means that that’s the fastest case approval.

my case was taken on March 11th in nebraska. Now on your site is already considered from March 14. I have not changed the status of the case. tell me where you get this information from ?

    Hi,

Do you use information from other forums to update the case’s IDs (and associated application’s dates) that have been processed? Currently, Jan 5th is listed on your website – does it mean that somebody who submitted application on Jan 5th has been recently approved? Thank you. Mine is Jan 2nd 🙂

Yes, some user must have reported that their case was approved.

Not all cases get processed at same time. It does not mean that your case should have been processed first than the one from Jan 5.

Your case can take longer than the cases filed after your case too. The sequence is not maintained by USCIS.

    Thanks for the information!
Does this mean National Benefits Center is currently processing December 2018 applications?

Also, I see that the estimate processing time for I-131 has changed to 6-8 months on egov.uscis.gov. Could you please confirm that this would apply to all the applicants who are waiting for their I-131 to be approved? (My case was applied along with I-485, I-130, and I-765 in early Feb)

My case (I485, I131, I765) was received on May 6, 2019. Receipt received on May 9,2019. Was wondering when I should expect to receive a mail for biometrics. Any idea by when I should expect my EAD/AP? I have a work related travel coming up on Sept 8th. Please help!

We track i485 EAD processing time separately.
Please check the processing time for your service center there.
