Australia PR points system only has points for:
- Competent,
- Proficient and
- Superior English level.
There are no points for functional and vocational English for the primary applicant in your EOI.

Passport cannot be used for claiming Proficient or Superior English points. You have to appear for English test even when you are from the UK, USA, Canada, NZ or Ireland if you want superior or proficient English points for Australia PR.

Spouse: English Test Score is valid for 12 months for dependent spouse Australia PR visa. If you are claiming points spouse points for Australia PR application, the results are considered valid for 36 months.
Primary: English Test Score is valid for 36 months for primary applicant Australia PR visa.
